I’m Giving Up ALL My Personal Saas Projects

This has been a decision I’ve been wrestling with for a while now. I’ve known for the longest time saas is my calling, its something I can spend 14 hours a day on, I love every part of it.

I went from being jobless and broke to building, launching and scaling a 6 figure ARR saas in just under 60 days. I knew the product would work, I had a marketing plan, I understood sales and how to get views on social media to drive new users.

So whats changed, why give it all up?

It’s simple really. You.

You see, what I really love doing is building, creating, turning an idea into reality. Over the last 3 months my life has taken a complete U turn, all because I shared a video on twitter.

You see, over the last 3 months, quietly, in the background, I’ve been taking on some client work. Projects that I think have real potential, ideas that I think can transform an industry.

I’ve worked on 2 saas projects in the last 3 months, people come to me with software ideas, and myself and my in house devs build it, I consult on sales and marketing and then we maintain the saas year round.

I’ve loved every second. There’s only one thing better than turning an idea into a product, and that’s turning someone elses dream into reality. Watching as I help people build a web app for them, see their faces light up as they get their first paying customers, and seeing the rapid growth.

The last project I worked on took 3 months to build, during this time me and the client were marketing the product, and on launch we got over 200 users and over $1500mrr in just under 48 hours!

Why does this mean I have to give up my projects?

Well, like I said, I wanted the opportunity to work on something new, something exciting. I wanted the opportunity to start helping YOU build YOUR company.
