Why Is No One Using Your SaaS?
Welcome back! ChatIQ.ai just crossed over 11,000 users and I thought in light of this, now is the perfect time to showcase how YOU can do the same with your app. So buckle up, because im about to drop some serious marketing value here.

Defining Your Target Audience
Before diving into traffic generation for our application, we must define our target audience - the people who are most likely to use our product. This concept was extensively covered in my last email, focusing on the creation of customer avatars.
With a clear user avatar and a grasp of how our product can aid them, the next step is locating these potential users. This process is relatively straightforward, but it hinges on your willingness to exert effort for customer acquisition.
Organic Growth vs. Paid Advertising
I recommend against investing in paid advertising. Diving into this area can quickly result in substantial financial outlay with minimal return. My experience in scaling my software to over 11,000 users was achieved solely through organic traffic, without financial expenditure on advertising platforms.
The Power of TikTok for Initial Engagement
Initially, your goal should be gathering early users for beta testing to iron out any kinks in your app. TikTok is a powerful tool for this, capable of providing significant exposure with minimal effort.
If being on camera isn't your cup of tea, modify your content style to highlight your product without personal presence. For instance, create videos showcasing your product sans your own image.
YouTube for Long-Term Growth
Upon establishing a user base, consider expanding to other platforms, especially if you encounter a view plateau on TikTok. I suggest YouTube for long-form content, like tutorials that explain your product's features and benefits.
For impactful results on YouTube, consistency is key. Use tools like Loom to create a series of videos, aiming for thirty in the first month. This strategy is about engaging with YouTube's algorithm to gain initial traction in terms of views and subscribers.
Here’s An Example
If you are unsure what to film for your app, check out what I do for mine here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzn9I-bnsbs8Oq5J5fT0FLQ. Please note the amount of content I have posted, in the first 30 days I’ve posted 46 videos, and plan to post 5 more today, bringing it to a total of 51 videos in 30 days.
This is the level of commitment you will need, both for long form AND short form.

Next Steps
This approach should pave the way to your first 100 users. For the next email, I plan to explore more about scaling strategies. Please let me know what you want to see more of in these emails in the survey below
